Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating intuitive embodiment coaching. I am certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach and also now studying to become a BodySense Therapist. I combine these two methods in a two-hour session where we first have a coaching session and later I will work with your body on a bench. The session where I will work with your body follows a technique with gentle touch that strengthens the healing in body and mind.
